Welcome to American Oncology Institute’s confidential ethics and financial helpline (also known as the Hotline).

American Oncology Institute has a long history of demonstrating our values of responsibility and integrity. Our commitment to integrity, honesty and fairness is the bedrock of our culture. American Oncology Institute encourages each of its employees and business partners to come forward with questions or concerns about possible violations of laws, ethical business standards, accounting and auditing standards, or American Oncology Institute's policies.

This website has been established to provide information and an electronic method to ask questions or raise a concern about company activities and business practices. You may also raise a concern by emailing ethics@varian.com. All options are confidential and may allow you to remain anonymous, if allowed by local laws.

Varian will treat these reports fairly and objectively and will keep them in confidence to the extent it is reasonably possible to do so, given American Oncology Institute’s need to thoroughly investigate the information reported. No employee or representative will suffer reprisals for raising issues of this nature in good faith.

This site and the call center are hosted by an independent third-party company called NAVEX. This EthicsPoint tool (by NAVEX) is in place to help ensure compliance. What is EthicsPoint? See EthicsPoint FAQs.

In certain locations, American Oncology Institute’s Hotline only allows you to report certain type of issues depending on local law. If you have questions related to the local law please contact your Human Resources, Ethical Compliance, or Legal Representative.
